The concept has been guided by the very specific requirements of a foreign mission. Three separate blocks with definite use patterns have been laid out around the central courtyard thereby giving a sense of security and privacy to the main office building.The façade, given a rich texture with Panna stone cladding and use of strong geometric forms renders a sculptural quality to the low rise form.

The campus is deemed to be a Green project equipped with all state of the art facilities in HVAC system, illumination with automatic energy saving devices, advanced audio visual system for the Assembly Hall, auditorium, committee rooms, seminar halls and banquets, acoustic screening, ICT/Telecommunications, dual plumbing features, fire detection and fire fighting systems, CCTV, BMS and advanced security systems.

Core Capital Complex, Jharkhand

The State of Jharkhand, carved out of the southern part of Bihar in the year 2000 literally means ‘The Land of Forests

The formation of the Jharkhand state is a culmination of a long post independent struggle for a recognition of its unique tribal cultural heritage. Its rich mineral wealth, second only to Chattisgarh, and its mineral based industrial developments based in Bokaro, Jamshedpur, Ranchi and Dhanbad carry a huge potential for future growth and optimism. Jharkhand is also known for its vast forest resources.

The Capital  City with the Assembly Complex and the adjacent Secretariat Complex is a state icon that should reflect the spirit and the essence of the state and its population.
In the predetermined master plan, the Assembly Complex and the Secretariat zone forms a nucleus around which the residential district fans out in a radial pattern.

The Cultural complex cum Regional Centre is a significant cultural hub in Kolkata. It hosts important art and craft exhibitions, product and book launching programmes, theatres and musical soirees both for Government functions and key organizations and personalities. The complex boasts of multiple venues like exhibition halls, sculpture court, a small auditorium, library, archives and a cafeteria. A business centre with meeting rooms and conference facilities and an adjacent guest house at the topmost level completes the multi pronged activity centres within the campus.

The horizontal sprawl is a distinctive throwback to the Kerala style of temple architecture where due to heavy rainfall the roof structure is characterized by long overhanging eaves. It is also comparable to the pagoda type tiered structure of the Himalayan states and south-east Asian countries.

The structure carries a sense of mysticism being half hidden amidst the rich surrounding foliage of the tea garden.

Object was to create buildings which would appear to be commanding and voluminous that would harmonize with the flat playing areas.
Juxtaposition of forms such as triangles, circles and rectangles in their purest form creating a rhythmic composition.
